The plant stabilizer produced in this project is mainly composed of high molecular weight hydrocolloid polysaccharide which is composed of galactopyranose and mannopyranose units in glycosidic bonds, so it can be called galactomannane chemically. This stabilizer with unique features and characteristics has many applications and more than 1500 tons of this stabilizer are directly imported annually. As a thickener, stabilizer, and emulsifier, it is compatible with other plant hydrocolloids and most chemically modified starches, xanthan, crude starches, modified cellulose, synthetic polymers, and water-soluble proteins. This stabilizer is especially used in oil, food, pharmaceutical, textile, paper and cosmetics industries. The production of these galactomannane is mostly in the Indian and is produced in Pakistan, United States, Africa and Australia, too. The United States is currently investing mostly in the production of this galactomannane, and it is widely used, especially in the oil industry.
